Returns/Refunds:
Due to the nature of the second hand and Antique business we are unable to offer any returns or refunds on our items, unless the piece has been damaged in transit and is not as pictured on the listing within the site.
Payments:
We accept cash on collection or credit/debit card payments over the phone. Please notify us how you wish to pay when you make your purchase. For the safety and security of our drivers, we do not accept Cash on Delivery as a payment option.
Storage:
We offer free storage for up to 21 days after your purchase to allow you time to arrange collection. After this date your item will be held at an external storage facility at an additional cost.
Courier and Delivery Information:
1) We can arrange reliable nationwide delivery. Let us know the delivery postcode and we will provide you with a quote.
2) Buyer can collect from us at our warehouse by prior arrangement.
3) We can deliver within the local and surrounding areas for a small charge, usually within one or two days.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to organise your own courier if your location or circumstances do not align with our Courier & Delivery Terms - see below.
Courier & Delivery Terms:
Delivery Coverage: Our delivery services only cover mainland addresses. We are unable to drive to locations on mountains, dirt tracks, fields, unpaved roads, steep hills that our drivers cannot safely navigate, or anywhere that compromises their safety.
Lead Times and Scheduling: We aim to provide you with a delivery slot within 21 days of making a purchase with us. It is important to make every effort to accept this slot as declining it will often result in an additional wait time of 7 to 21 days.
Address Accuracy and Accessibility: To locate your address accurately, please use Google Maps or provide clear instructions if your property lacks a door number, street name, or is difficult to find. You may also use what3words for precise location sharing. Please ensure that access to your property is suitable for a 3.5-ton to 7.5-ton vehicle. If not, please make necessary arrangements.
Contract and Assistance: Our delivery contract is for ground floor entry points. While our drivers are incredibly helpful, they are not obliged to scale flights of stairs. Our delivery service is a budget option, and if you require a full-service delivery, we recommend booking a specialized company that offers such services, even though they may come at a higher cost.
Legal Parking Point: It is your responsibility to inform us of the nearest legal parking point for the delivery. This applies if your location is on a red route, bus lane or double yellow lines. The driver will not be able to park there legally and so we will require the closest legal delivery point accessible to the driver please.
Assistance with Large Items: For large items, assistance is always required without exception. If you are unable to provide assistance, the driver will return the item/s, and you will be responsible for the return and redelivery charges.
Using Your Own Courier:
If you plan to use your own courier service, please ensure they notify us of the collection day and time in advance.
Failure to do so or a 'no show' unfortunately will result in an additional charge.
A word of warning - we have experienced unreliable service from Anyvan and Shiply in the past so perhaps look at alternatives?
Also we do not provide wrapping services for items being shipped via external couriers, as this is necessary for insurance purposes. Our courier blanket wraps all items on their van, so make sure yours do the same!
